con
1918 My Government do not consider the National Electric Constructor Company to be satisfactory. It would be preferable that the Company should be Gomed
found locally but in any event my Government is not prepared to accept a Company which proposes merely to make financial arrangements and is not
prepared to carry out the scheme direct. If deposit of $50,000 is put up before 31st December there
would be no objection to further extension for six
months.
